payroll issues

My husband has been bragging me to help him do a computation of his compensation for he is quite unsure if the payroll computation that was provided to him for the last pay day was correct. You see, they have additional compensation and allowance every month end but the thing is, the proper computation for the said incentives were not clearly provided to them. If only they have this Car allowance program by crsinc.com they for sure wouldn't have an issue with the payroll department and they'd be given print out copy of their daily computation with right explanation to their every tasks made. The thing is, I would love to help him, but then, since he is working in another country, I practically have no idea on their laws about compensation, for sure I'd be confuse and all you know. And I wouldn't be at peace until I didn't get it right, for sure it'll me days to finish -if I'll be able to finish that you know. Oh well, I just hope their company get the service of such agency that offers computation for payroll and other allowance for their employees, so they wouldn't have problem with that matter.
