Today marks my third day of no rice policy. Thank heavens, I am still ok. In fact, I'll be able to make it to my ten day goal of no carbohydrates intake. And if things and plans pushes through, I guess that would mean no popping of adipex diet pills or the likes. But if nothing happens and my weight don't go down, I'd most probably pop in and work out double time! Really need to you know, after all the food feasting during the holidays, I believe trimming down flabs is one of the best thing to do this New Year!
