prom night

While riding the bus earlier today, I heard the dj's over the radio talking about their Prom experiences, what's funny is that we have the same disastrous experience during our JS promenade in high school. Actually, it was one of my not so great moment - the years of the dance night. Maybe because I'm not so confident enough to strut my stuff and all plus the fact that I am one of the ugly duckling on our batch, for real! I'm one of the not-so-good-looking-girl in class during my time that is why, I wasn't really looking forward for that special night. I remember how my girl friends hunt and search different malls for the perfect prom dresses that they will wear, while I leave everything to my mom - she does scout for the design and asked our dressmaker to copy the exact design, but unfortunately, she wasn't able to produce a great output of the dress, it was way too short for me! And the fact that it was the time when fashion is all about long dresses and gowns! crap experience I know, so there it made me really conscious that night. If only Tony Bowls prom dresses can be bought during that time, I would ask my mom get me one, even if that would cost so much for them! I only wished that Short prom dresses were fad during those days too!
Anyways, speaking of prom dresses and how timely it is now.. I chose few designs from the site www.promgirl.net - and if time will lead me back to my prom night, these are what I would love to wear!
