There are so many online and offline friends of ours that are getting house loans. Probably it's because the forecast for this year is that buying on real estate is actually one of the best investment since the the sales is kind of down compare to the previous years. Anyways, the husband and I also were able to buy a small piece of lot in one of the subdivision nearby. but since it's really small, we can't imagine building a house for us there, though probably it'll just serve as one of our investment or if money wouldn't be a problem, we might build a small for rent house on that and have it as our generating income.
Anyways, speaking of house buying and real estate investment, I can't help but find myself browsing through online sites that offers the fanciest houses for sales! One of which is this Mexico real estate that has been in the business for sometime now and having so many great reviews from previous buyers! And true enough, the photos they have on their site are just plain remarkable! I even wished of having one of those villa to own someday! It'll be perfect! The interior designs are so lovely! Anyone would surely want to have a property on this ville!

timeshare

I know a bunch of people who owns this so called timeshare. Actually, the first time I heard about it, I immediately found myself on google and reading more about it. I was too shy to ask since they initially thought that we already familiar with that or something. And so to save myself from shame and all, I was able to know more of that online! thank heavens for online searches :D And there I found so many things about thing and even saw a couple of ads that says " sell my timeshare ". Of course, it wouldn't ring a bell on me since I don't have money for that as of this time, maybe someday! :D

As a mother, we get too paranoid with the changes that happen and may happen to our child. In fact, we often go to the doctor to seek a second opinion on what we suspect may not be normal for our child. Actually, there was this one time that I thought my daughter may have Autism because she seemed so focus on one thing and did not even look at us or her brothers. Whenever we tried to call her, she would not respond but just continue what she was doing or look at us with a blank look. Seeing this alarmed the heck out of me, so much that I went online to search for articles to help me understand my daughter's reaction or her lack of reaction. Then I found myself browsing through toniatkinson.com and realized that probably it's just a phase of hers and there is actually no need to worry. The site explains information; the right thing I needed to know to worry less and understand my daughter.

Honestly I don't know anything about web hosting and getting a domain, four years ago. Thank heavens for friends online who are always there to help those who are lost when it comes to getting their dot com (shoot me, I'm guilty!). Anyways, as I said, my friends were the one who guided and walk me through my bouts on my ten dot com sites! Yes, ten domain sites that I maintain -that sometimes can't actually figure how I was able to get through all that registering, renewing and all! Good heavens the hosting sites now are very user friendly, that the only thing need to click are ok, next and pay buttons! Pretty easy I must say.
Anyways, speaking of hosting sites, was surprised to see that my host provider are included on the top ten best hosting in UK. Unfortunately it never got the top 1 spot, but the justhost review hosting! I wonder why we didn't have this as our provider, imagine if we do, probably everything is much easier and reliable when it comes to tech support, cheap price and excellent run time! Anyways, as per reading the reviews and on their site, I think transferring my sites domain on their care is the brightest thing to do!

My mom has been bugging me about my unnecessary stuffs around the house. Alright, I admit, I'm such a pack rat when it comes to keeping things. Throwing memorabilias and other items is just not my thing. I always has this love for memories and everything that has something to do with it. Sentimental value of almost everything it is. The husband and I are in the midst of talking about going out for a three day vacation once he arrive on May. We are in fact looking at a beach summer get away, where we can relax and enjoy the sand, beach and the sun for the whole three days or more. start of job hunting

Dearest sister already asked me some days ago to help her find a job right after graduation. Probably she doesn't want to go idle right after her years in College so she wants to get hired immediately. So what I do now is search online for possible job that can fit her resume and capability. And let me tell you, it's just too difficult to so! unlike before when it used to be so easy to land a job as long as you are a College graduate. But now, with all the unemployed graduates, the pool is just too crowded you literally have to endlessly swim through all of that until you reach the job/company you have been eying to work at. Of course, prayers and self determination comes in handy.

grad ball

Tomorrow night is my sister's graduation ball, to be held at their school gym and will be attended by the graduating College students, of course. The used to be care free students who once entered the school premises some four years ago will soon bid good bye to their alma mater with their own respective degree. It'll sure be nice to see those used to be kiddos in their gowns and tuxedos! For sure it'll be a memorable night for all of them as they make their final thanks to their foundation... Can't wait to see my sister on her beautiful evening gown! :D will make sure to take some snaps and have it post here :D

For some reason, wind chimes has been a part of a house's decoration. It is very seldom that I see or visit someone else's crib and see no wind chime near the entrance door or windows hanging. I think it has been adopted already by every home owner to at least own one and have it there for spiritual reason or for decoration purpose only.
Speaking of those being vastly available, do you know that you can even personalized it according to your design? pretty cool right? you see we were able to attend a wedding sometime last year and surprisingly, the couple's souvenir were tiny chimes! custom made to match their theme which is spring, so definitely it was filled with greens! names of the bride and groom where also engrave on the cylinder tubes too! It's really nice that I had to ask my friend for another piece that I gave to my mom that she immediately put on display :D

It's Monday... and my friends are in the mood for shopping! Is it Cyber Monday?! what's up with the designer bag shopping and super nice shoes hoarding?! And my EQ now is being tested, big time.. I wonder if I'll be able to hold on and not grab another loot on sale over at flickr! Friends are telling me to go and get it since it's pretty much affordable and having a grand name, it's worth the buy! Though there are some telling me to hold on and think about it more... what to do?! I'm so torn!!! hahaha

Monday

It's Monday once again, new week for all of us! And to start off, I was awaken by a not so good to read text message. And if it's not the start of the week, I had probably freaked the hell out of me this morning, but then again, I breath in and out (hundred of times) before I reply to the message. It was effective I must admit, maybe tomorrow I'll deal with that a-hole b*tch! :D But for now, I got to do what I got to do.. and that includes going to the mall to buy some stuff and probably meet some friends over coffee - she's currently having a great time now and feels like celebrating over her finished designs of metal buildings that was approved by her boss over the weekend! cool huh.

Everyone of us dreams of having our own home. And sometimes, it takes long to actually have one. Lucky for those who were able to come up with their own and not waiting for like 10 years or so before being able to afford to get one. Since one of my favorite hobby is to drive, I always has this fascination with cars since I was a kid. I even remember to dream of owning a brand new car instead of my own house! That when my mom learned about it, she freaked! she said that cars is just one of the many luxurious of people and basically, we can live without it. Though she has a point before, I still stand with my dream. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. I wasn't able to buy my own car after I graduated and started working, but instead, I borrowed from my parents! And would you believe, my mom totally agrees with the idea that having a car for a household is not a luxury thing nowadays, it's just one of basic thing a family must have, for convenience and for safety purposes too. We all know how it's not safe to commute in the metro and driving your own car makes you safe and all.
Anyways, dad came home today with so many automobile brochures on hand, so happen that the mall he passed by was having a car showcasing and fliers of each and every model are being handed out. And what I liked from his brochures? this 2011 hyundai sonata! Pretty cool and aggressive looking car isn't?

Oh my freaking goodness! was able to bump into a friend of mine earlier today and she told straight to face that I just loaded a whole lot of pounds, compare to the last time she saw me! I wanted to die right at that very moment from humiliation. Alright, I'm exaggerating! But really it made me feel so conscious and bloated at that given moment. summer getaway

My blogger/mommy group are now planning and discussing about our 2010 summer getaway. A lot of suggestion actually, different places and activities to try, in fact somebody was able to joke about trying out Outer Banks beach rentals! to which I think is not impossible for the other members of the group! but for most of us, nada, not for us. So I suppose we'll be sticking to the original plan of a whole day tour or swimming escapade from morning til evening. I wonder when we will be able to finalize everything...
