As said earlier on my post, we all know how time flies now really fast! And with that, events invites are actually pouring in! Last Sunday was our Twitter Christmas Party celebration where we had our two exchange gifts portion (for the kids and us mommies). The kids of course, as expected were at their happiest especially when they opened their wrapped presents and see those books and toys that they wished for! • You can ask the credit reporting agencies to block any negative information posted on your report due to identity theft as well.
• You have the right to dispute any information that is on your credit report due to identity theft and the credit reporting agency must conduct an investigation to prove whether or not these items are fraudulent as well.
• Some states will allow consumers to set a credit freeze on their accounts. You will need to prove you are a victim of identity theft in order to do so. Your state attorney will have information on how to file a credit freeze and any fees associated with doing so.

Contact and Communicating with Debt Collectors, Creditors and other Merchants

As a victim of identity theft, you have the right to:

• Remove fraudulent accounts from your credit report.
• Obtain copies of any documentation that involved your identity theft. This means debt collectors, creditors and merchants will have to supply applications, signature cards, etc. to prove that these accounts are legitimate.
• You have the right to cease all debt collections on fraudulent accounts.

A victim of identity theft is protected in many ways by the federal government. Though there are numerous protective laws in place once you have become a victim, you may want take the necessary steps to prevent yourself from becoming a victim in the first place.

dinner out. again!

Last night, the husband and his friends suddenly thought of going out for dinner together with each family in one of the most talked about buffet/eat-all-you-can restaurant in the metro. So even though I still have tons of work to do online, I immediately prep up myself and dear daughter and join the group. We arrived a little late than seven in the evening but still, we had one of the most sumptuous dinner ever! aside from the fact that we were seated a few feet away from the buffet area, the husband’s friends truly has mean appetite that is why we too were encourage to eat more than expected! one of wife even asked me about what diet pills are safe after our dessert! turns out, she too is also thinking about losing weight fast after taking in so much food :D

sweater hunt

As mentioned on my other blog post, I am currently searching for a nice and chic looking sweater which I can strut during the coming cold season, though of course there are so many funky looking ones but what I’m really looking for are the light ones not the coogi types of course! that type of jacket is not so cool to strut as it’s not very much cold in here even  the coolest part of this country will that jacket match.
